heritage

Since you're a teenager who likes trains . . . a lot, heritage railways will probably be quite important to you.

What do you know about heritage?

Heritage is about knowing who we are, understanding where we come from.

Heritage and history go hand in hand

History is not about “Kings and Queens”.   It is about investigating the past -with aims similar to science. (i.e. to find evidence and to change what we think we know if we find better evidence).

We can never know everything about the past accurately.  So, is history opinions or facts?

And what, exactly, is heritage?  Fact, opinion, or entertainment?
